We increase online orders.

That’s it.

Field note 01The problem

You already bought software. Orders didn’t move.

Every restaurant has a website, a QR code, an online menu. If software alone grew orders, every restaurant would be growing. The software was the easy half.

obs.: every menu is online. orders are not.

Field note 02The real problem

Growing online orders is a data science problem.

Where do first-time customers come from? What do they order? Why don’t they come back? No app answers those questions out of the box. It takes measured experiments and someone responsible for running them.

what compounding looks like.
Field note 03The market

Software alone does not own the outcome.

Delivery apps take their cut whether you grow or not. Website builders hand you tools. Naan Labs pairs the software with a team accountable for one number: your online orders.

  • Delivery apps their customers, their data, their cut
  • Website builders tools, a login, good luck
  • Naan Labs your customers, your data, our problem
Field note 04How it works

Diagnose. Experiment. Grow.

Example experiment log
EXAMPLE-A storefront hero dish swap [measure]
EXAMPLE-B SMS: 7-day win-back [measure]
EXAMPLE-C delivery threshold test [measure]
EXAMPLE-D menu photos → item pages [measure]
an illustrative notebook. your tests start from your own baseline.
01.

Diagnose

We go through your numbers together and find where orders leak: menu, pricing, hours, or repeat customers.

02.

Experiment

We change one thing at a time, such as the storefront, QR flow, or a text campaign. Then we measure what moves orders.

03.

Grow

What works stays. What doesn’t goes. Your orders compound while you run your restaurant.

Field note 05The instruments

We watch numbers your apps never show you.

Repeat rate. Time to second order. Where first-timers actually come from. These numbers shape growth, but most owners have never seen them.

Repeat rate
Time to 2nd order
First-order source
Storefront conversion
we establish the baseline from the data your systems can provide.
Field note 06Questions

Asked by every owner we talk to.

Q-01 What does it cost me?

Restaurant plans are $149 a month. Naan charges a 5% platform fee on delivery orders; pickup orders ride the subscription. We confirm the exact scope and terms before launch.

Q-02 Do I have to leave the delivery apps?

No. Keep them if they bring you orders. We build the channel you own, so more of your volume can move to a lower-fee direct channel.

Q-03 How much of my time does this take?

We agree on the setup work and a check-in cadence before launch. The lab runs the experiments; you approve the changes.

Q-04 What if orders don’t grow?

We show you the numbers, stop changes that are not working, and decide the next step together. We do not guarantee a growth result.

Q-05 Is my data mine?

Yes. Your customers, your list, your numbers. If you leave, they leave with you.

Field note 07The deal
